We can’t thank you enough for the tireless effort and hard work you have provided on behalf of Sneak Preview Entertainment. You have represented us since our inception seven years ago and have been an instrumental part of our growth. It’s hard to believe we started as a tiny little company in a seven by seven foot room with one typewriter, and have grown to a full fledged Production / Management company that is a viable player in the "Indie Film" arena.

We could have never achieved what we have without your help and insight. I don’t know if we can even begin to recall how many deal memos, literary options, distribution contracts, talent agreements, production financing deals, corporate structures and management contracts you have negotiated for us these past years. Not to mention the endless hours of general guidance, counseling and inspiration you hove provided. And of course you’ve certainly helped us out of a few jams from time to time!

Besides being a first rate attorney, you’ve been a real mentor and a friend. And you’ve injected humor into many an unpleasant task. Yet you’re sure tough as nails when you need to be. You’ve always been able to protect us. We know there surely is not a better negotiator! I don’t think we could have come as far as we have so quickly without you.
